Our mission in order processing is to get your order delivered as soon as possible with Zero Defect. Upon receipt, our goal is to process your order within two (2) to three (3) working days and have you receive your order within three (4) to five (7) working days. We offer several shipping options using United States Postal Service. We have found that priority mail within the US is cost effective and timely. We recommend using priority mail, although you can choose express or parcel post. Media is for book and multi-media items only. Media shipping option is much slower but is less expressive.
